Disclosed is a substrate for organic electroluminescence devices. The substrate for organic electroluminescence devices comprises a support substrate whereupon a plurality of pixel electrode arrays are formed in parallel, and partitions that are configured from stripe partitions that are formed between, and in line with, the respective pixel electrode arrays, and a rectangular frame partition that surrounds the plurality of pixel electrode arrays as a whole. The partitions define applied regions wherein ink is applied upon the pixel electrode arrays, and applied regions wherein ink is applied upon adjacent pixel arrays. Notch portions that allow communication between adjacent applied regions are arranged upon the stripe partitions.
