PURPOSE: A backlight unit and display device using the same are provided to improve the picture quality of a display image and simplify a manufacturing process of a display device. CONSTITUTION: A backlight unit includes a first layer, on which a plurality of light sources(220, 225) is formed, a second layer, which covers a plurality of light sources, and a protrusion unit which includes the first layer. The second layer is arranged on the first layer. Two or more light sources, which are formed on the protrusion unit, emit the light. |
