PURPOSE: A sliding guide device for a head mount display is provided to help a user to easily move a display unit in front of user's eye sight of a user out of the user's eye sight. CONSTITUTION: In a sliding guide device for a head mount display, a guide member(110) is installed in the top or bottom of a base in horizontal direction. A sliding member(120) is combined with the guide member and is movable and is moved along the guide member.
