A method for making salad lies in that mix-salad is made of the following salads: romaine lettuce, rukkola, iceberg, frize. Carrot, orange and grapefruit are added. Orange juice is made and the salad is dressed therewith. Then fish is cooked. After that the ready fish is cut and laid out onto the salad, poured with honey sauce and covered with sesame seeds. |
