PURPOSE: A relief pattern decorative plate comprising a paper layer without use of adhesives is provided to realize the popularization of decorative plates made of nature-friendly materials by introducing automated processes including a roller mold. CONSTITUTION: A relief pattern decorative plate comprising a paper layer without use of adhesives comprises an upper roller shaft, an upper roller mold, a lower roller mold, a wood pulp supply unit, a driving motor, a basic board layer, a wood pulp board layer(100) and a paper layer(200). The roller shaft is fixed at both supports. The upper roller mold has concave-convex patterns. The lower roller mold is fixed at both supports while maintaining the thickness interval between the upper roller mold and the plate. The wood pulp supply unit supplies wood pulp between the upper roller mold and the lower roller mold.
