PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bandgap reference circuit not having temperature dependence. SOLUTION: The bandgap reference circuit includes: an operational amplifier OP generating a reference voltage by controlling a current amount flowing through current paths PA, PB based on a potential difference supplied to first and second input ends; and a low-pass filter LPF generating an intermediate value between a reference voltage VREF1 obtained when the first and second input ends are respectively connected to connection points A, B included in the current paths PA, PB and a reference voltage VREF2 obtained when the first and second input ends are respectively connected to the connection points B, A. Thereby, because an offset voltage of the operational amplifier OP is canceled, an ideal reference voltage VREF obtained when the offset voltage is zero can be generated. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
