PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging container for a fluid in which taking a spout long does not become obstacle for stacking the containers, and back leakage is prevented from occurring as the spout serves as downward tendency even when the spout in an initial stage of inclination is performed. SOLUTION: The packaging container for the fluid includes: an outer box which can be assembled so as to be able to fold and to develop by using a corrugated fiberboard; and an inner bag made of a plastic film which is mounted by sticking the inner face of the outer box so as to be accompanied with folding and developing of the outer box. The packaging container is composed in such a way that a discharging opening for a content is provided by opening or non-opening shape on the outer box, and a flexible spout having a small bag-like shape and with a tip consisting of a plastic film is formed on the inner bag, and the spout is projected from the discharging opening, and the spout is held in the discharging opening so as to be able to make frequent appearances in the discharging opening.
