PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immunological sensor capable of suppressing the steric hindrance of the bonding reaction of antibody modified electrochemical emission substance, including liposome and the antigen fixed to an electrode substrate to obtain a high signal. SOLUTION: The immunological sensor for measuring antigen-antibody reaction, by using an aggregate including a plurality of label substances and having the antibody arranged on the surface thereof is equipped with a working electrode for capturing the aggregate and a counter electrode for applying electric field to the working electrode and a lattice-like electrode layer provided with the antibody for capturing the aggregate is electrically connected to the surface of the working electrode.
