PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic circuit board coordinate-converting method, and to provide a method of manufacturing a ceramic circuit board that achieve reduction in cost. SOLUTION: The ceramic circuit board coordinate-converting method includes: a step S10 of finding coordinate values of a ceramic circuit board pattern; a step S20 of calculating a coordinate conversion parameter for representing coordinate values of a board pattern with coordinate values of a coordinate system on the board based upon design values of coordinate values of the board pattern from coordinate values of a pattern on the substrate based upon the coordinate values of the board pattern and the design value of the coordinate values; a step S30 of performing coordinate conversion from the coordinate values of the board pattern to the coordinate values of the coordinate system on the board based upon the design values using the coordinate conversion parameter; and a step S40 of calculating deviations between the coordinate values of the pattern on the board based upon the design values and the converted coordinate values of the board pattern.
