PURPOSE: A blood glucose history management device and a method thereof are provided to enable a patient to receive a prescription of a medical specialist without visiting a hospital by transferring blood sugar level information to a blood sugar information management server through a communication module. CONSTITUTION: A memory unit(110) of a blood sugar measurer(100) stores blood sugar blood information, and a communication module(120) transfers the measured blood sugar level information and the user-related information to the outside. A blood sugar information management server transfers the measured blood sugar level information and the user related information through a network. A blood sugar care manager(400) inputs and manages blood sugar care information, and a computer terminal(300) monitors the stored blood sugar level information and the inputted blood sugar care information. |
