PURPOSE: A functional heating device, capable of uniformizing the quality and improving durability at a less cost, is provided to reduce maintenance and repair costs by integrating an heat releasing plate and upper finishing plate with a frame. CONSTITUTION: A functional heating device comprises a front side(14), a heat releasing plate, front and rear frames, a first side plate(72), and a second side board(78). The front side is coated with far infrared rays and negative ion emissive material. The heat releasing plate offers a space part(22). The space part is filled with an insulating material(20). The front and rear side frames are assembled with an upper finishing plate(26). The first side plate opens and closes the side part of the space part formed on the heat releasing plate. The second side plate opens and closes the first side plate and both sides of the frame.
