PURPOSE: A waterproof insulator for conducting a lightning wire is provided to prevent the inflow of rainwater in a rainy day while supporting the lighting wire. CONSTITUTION: A supporting bracket is fixed to a building. An insulator(30) is connected on the top of the supporting bracket. A fixing member(50) is connected to the top of the insulator. A lightning protection wire is fixed to the fixing member. A waterproofing unit(70) comprises a cover member(71), a lower member, and an upper member. The waterproofing unit protects the interval between supporting bracket, the insulator, and the fixing member from water.
