<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system capable of securing insulation to the ground of a fuel cell even if the amount of water produced in power generation of the fuel cell is increased. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell system includes: a fuel cell; gas supply piping and gas exhaust piping connected to the fuel cell; a gas-supplying means supplying reactant gas to the fuel cell through the gas supply piping; an insulating part installed in the gas exhaust piping and insulating the upstream side and the downstream side of the gas exhaust piping; an insulation resistance-measuring means for measuring the insulation resistance between the upstream gas piping and he downstream gas piping; an insulation decision means for deciding whether or not the insulation resistance measured with the insulation resistance-measuring means is the prescribed value or lower; and a control means for supplying the larger amount of the reactant gas being supplied with the gas-supplying means than that of the reactant gas being supplied in usual power generation when the insulation resistance decision means determines that the insulation resistance is the prescribed value or lower. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
