<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water discharge device superior in receivability of an infrared remote-control signal. <P>SOLUTION: Characteristically, this water discharge device includes a head portion 2 which discharges water and which has a transmission portion 20 transmitting an infrared signal, a casing 4 which has a reception window 44 enabling the passage of the infrared signal and which houses a reception portion 40 for receiving the infrared signal passing through the reception window 44, a valve portion 6 for adjusting the quantity of water supplied to the head portion 2, a control portion 5 which controls the operation of the valve portion 6 on the basis of information on the infrared signal received by the reception portion 40, and a hose portion 3 which supplies the water to the head portion from the valve portion 6; and the reception window 44 is arranged on a front or under surface of a counter 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
