PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce costs while achieving the smooth execution of a job.

SOLUTION: An image forming device includes: an operation display part 30; a LANIF 14 for receiving job data 61 control data 61A related to the control of the job and text data 61B not included in the control data 61A and in a text format related to the execution of the job from a PC 2; and a control part 110 that makes the operation display part 30 display the text data 61B received by the LANIF 14 while making them associated with the control data 61A.
