摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery system which can be mounted on various equipments by giving the solar battery system a thin film structure and achieving efficient use of a space for mounting such a solar battery unit as an output circuit. <P>SOLUTION: A power supply circuit system S includes a flexible printed circuit (FPC) board 200 which supports a solar battery unit 100 and has an output circuit that controls output of a source voltage V<SB>E</SB>generated by the solar battery unit 100. An upper wiring pattern 220 is overlaid on a first board surface which is equivalent to the upper surface of a base 210 of the FPC 200 and on which the solar battery unit 100 is overlaid.
