Disclosed are an image processing device and method, and a program which enable display of a three-dimensional image having a more appropriate disparity. An image capturing device (11) captures a plurality of captured images (P(1) to P(N)) while rotating around a rotation center (C11). When an instruction to display an image in which a specific region in a space an image of which is to be captured is displayed is given, the image capturing device (11) selects two captured images between which there is a disparity having a predetermined magnitude in a subject within the specific region from among captured images in which the specific region is displayed, cuts out regions in which the subject within the specific region is displayed from the respective captured images, and uses the cut regions as partial images for the right eye and the left eye. The partial images have an appropriate disparity, and therefore if the partial images are displayed simultaneously by a lenticular process or the like, a three-dimensional image with a sense of depth can be displayed. The present invention is applicable to cameras.
