PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical agent volatilizing device having a volatilizing part which locally exhibits a picture of an optional shape in the medical agent volatilizing device for volatilizing a prescribed liquid contained inside a container. SOLUTION: A picture display region 100 repels the prescribed liquid after the time of disclosing the use when the volatilizing part 6b is exposed to external air by pulling up a holding frame. Consequently, a contrast between a color of a pigment of the prescribed liquid absorbed in the volatilizing part 6b and a color of the picture display region 100 is clear, and a floral pattern is clearly emerged in the volatilizing part 6b.
