PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix an electronic equipment to a mast by fastening a single location. SOLUTION: In the fixing to the mast M, the mast M is engaged so that the mask M is located between a locking rod section 12A and a threaded rod section 12B. Then, the positional relationship of a retaining metal fitting 13 with respect to a bolt member 12 is adjusted so that the directions of locking projected portions 12Aa, 12Ab, and 12Ab of the locking rod section 12A coincide with the direction of a through-hole 13a of the retaining metal fitting 13. In the coincidental state, the locking rod section 12A of the bolt member 12 is inserted into the through-hole 13a of the retaining metal fitting 13 until it reaches the position of the locking projected portion 12Aa. Thereafter, the retaining metal fitting 13 is rotated to establish a state where a cutout hole 13b is inserted into the threaded rod section 12B. In this state, a wing nut 14 is tightened onto a male thread 12Ba of the threaded rod section 12B, thereby holdingly fixing the mast M between the retaining metal fitting 13 and a holding section 1a.
