PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drum assembly in which the squeaking or curling of a drum cleaning blade is prevented by a simple constitution, and to provide an image forming apparatus including the drum assembly. SOLUTION: A drum cleaning unit of the drum assembly includes: the cleaning blade 82 having an upper edge brought into sliding contact with a photoreceptor drum 50 and a fixed end which is positioned below the upper edge; and a partition member 88 which is arranged along the cleaning blade 82 while a gap is formed between the partition member and the cleaning blade and causes toner particles scraped off from a photoreceptor drum 50 by the cleaning blade 82 to be temporarily stayed in the vicinity of the upper edge of the cleaning blade 82.
