PURPOSE: A pneumatic tire with an extended rim flange is provided to simplify a tire manufacturing process by replacing a gum chafer and a nylon chafer by an extended rim flange. CONSTITUTION: A pneumatic tire with an extended rim flange comprises an inner assembly. The inner assembly comprises an inner liner(130) and a side assembly(100). The side assembly has an extended rim flange(150) for covering the bead part of the tire. The inner liner and the rim flange have an overlapped section. The overlapped section is 8.0~13.0mm.
