A method for revealing of activity of chronical bronchial inflammation in adolescents with bronchial asthma, during remission, by examination of biochemical parameters, which consists in that the determination of an index of bronchial inflammation activity is carried out by ratio of content of nitrogen oxide metabolites to the content of 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazones of neutral nature into condenstaes of exhalted air. Depending on value of index of bronchial inflammation the presence of bronchial chronical inflammation is diagnosed.
