<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep a striker in a restrained state from rattling, and to reduce the number of parts and the cost. <P>SOLUTION: The latch device 1 includes: a base plate 10; a notch groove 12 formed on an outer circumferential surface of the base plate 10; and a latch 20. An abutting part 15 of the notch groove 12 includes the outer circumferential surface of the base plate 10. When the striker 2 enters the notch groove 12 and the latch 20 is in an engaged state, the striker 2 is held between the abutting part 15 of the notch groove 12 and a second hook part 23 of the latch 20, the second hook 23 is pushed to the striker 2 by a spring 70, and the striker 2 is pushed to the abutting part 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
