PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric wire in which a conductor and an insulating layer have a high adhesion and which has a higher discharge starting voltage and higher heat resistance than a conventional one. SOLUTION: The electric wire has a conductor, a first insulating layer which is formed on the outer circumference of the conductor and of which 80 wt.% or more of the total is made of a fluororesin, and a second insulating layer which is formed on the outer circumference of the first insulating layer and contains a thermosetting resin.
