<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect useful information while suppressing power consumption regarding an information collecting system. <P>SOLUTION: A radio portable terminal 10 includes one or more classification sensors (24, 26, 28) and a user identification means 16 detecting the user attribute of a user. A distribution server 50 includes a collecting method setting means 58 determining a sensor used for collecting information within an area based on the user attribute obtained from the radio portable terminal existing in a specific area and the classification of the sensor which each radio portable terminal holds. The radio portable terminal 10 collects information using the sensor determined by the collecting method setting means 58. The appropriate number of useful information can thus be collected while suppressing power consumption by using the sensor determined based on the information (user attribute) on the existing area and the terminal user. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
