<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal line capable of suppressing variation in interval between two ground conductors when a body is curved. <P>SOLUTION: The body 12 is formed by laminating a plurality of insulating sheets 22 made of a flexible material. The signal line 32 extends between insulating sheets 22. A ground conductor 30 is provided to the body 12 to be positioned on a plus-directional side of the signal line 32 along a (z) axis, and overlaps the signal line 32 in plane view along the (z) axis. A ground conductor 34 is provided to the body 12 to be positioned on a minus-directional side of the signal line 32 along the (z) axis, and overlaps the signal line 32 in plane view along the (z) axis. Spacers S1 to S28 are made of a material harder than the insulating sheets 22, and penetrate the insulating sheets 22 along the (z) axis to each have one end surface in contact with the ground conductor 30 and the other end surface in contact with the ground conductor 34. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
