PURPOSE: An input device of a touch screen and a manufacturing method thereof is provided to reduce the bending variation of a second conductive layer by a zinc oxide thin film between a first conductive layer and a second conductive layer. CONSTITUTION: A first substrate(13) faces a second substrate(11). A first conductive layer(14) and a second conductive layer(12) are formed in the first substrate. A zinc oxide thin film(15) is formed in the first conductive layer. The zinc oxide thin film is aligned in a c-axis direction. The electrical change of the zinc oxide film is recognized in the first conductive layer. The electrical change is generated by mechanical transformation.
