PURPOSE: A distribution watt-hour meter with a leaked current compensating unit is provided to quickly and efficiently determine whether a leaked current exists by the leaked current compensating unit. CONSTITUTION: A distribution watt-hour meter(100) comprises a zero-phase current transformer(110), a meter current transformer(120), a meter voltage transformer(130), a first surge protector(140), a second surge protector(150), an A/D converter(160), an MCU(Micro-Controller Unit)(170), and a leaked current compensating unit(171). The A/D converter converts a voltage output signal inputted through the second surge protector into a digital signal. An MCU(Micro-Controller Unit) comprises a memory unit(173) storing an average estimation value for an image current signal and a value about the amount of power calculated in a power amount calculating unit. The leaked current compensating unit comprises an output unit(180) which outputs a leaked current sensing signal and the value about the amount of power.
