TRANSDERMAL DRUG DELIVERY SYSTEM FOR THE TREATMENT OF ASTHMA

PURPOSE: A transdermal preparation containing tulobuterol for treating asthma is provided to enable condense skin contact with a drug layer. CONSTITUTION: A transdermal preparation for treating asthma comprises: a surrounding adhesion support layre(A)(1), a drug protection layer(B)(2), drug-containing adhesive layer(c)(3), and a release layer(D)(4). The drug-containing adhesive layer contains 2-20 weight% of tulobuterol or pharmaceutically acceptable salt; 20-60 weight% of ethylene vinyl acetate copolymers, 20-60 weight% of adhesive resin, and 2-15 weight% of plasticizer. The thickness of the drug-containing adhesive layer is 20-60 um.
