摘要

PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display driving a light emitting diode by using an active matrix method is provided to make halo phenomenon better by stably driving the light emitting diode by a current mirror circuit. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal panel indicates image. A plurality of luminescent diode portions(LEDU) locates in the lower part of a liquid crystal panel. A plurality of luminescent diode portions is mounted in a printed circuit board. A light-emitting data wiring(LDL1~LDLm) is connected to a plurality of luminescent diode portions.
