PURPOSE: A sludge pressing apparatus is provided to economically transfer sewage sludge through a pipe using a gear pump. CONSTITUTION: A sludge pressing apparatus comprises a pressing pump(150), a injection unit(10), a storage container, and a control unit. The pressing pump comprises an inlet port, a gear pump(170), and a first driving motor. The inlet port is connected to the injection unit. The shaft of the gear pump is formed to slope to the inlet port. The first driving motor drives the gear pump. The injection unit comprises a case(30), a pair of injecting gears(50), and a second driving motor(100). The injecting gear pushes the sewage sludge to the pressing pump. The second driving motor drives the injecting gear. A pressure sensor is supplied to the storage container. The pressure sensor measures the pressure generating by the stored sewage sludge. The control unit controls the first or second driving motor using the measured pressure.
