PURPOSE: A solar cell generation apparatus is provided to efficiently protect the solar cell panel from external foreign materials by forming an inorganic protection layer and an organic protection layer. CONSTITUTION: A solar cell panel(10) converts sun light into electrical energy. The solar cell panel comprises a supporting substrate(100) and a plurality of solar cells(200). A protective film(20) is formed on the solar cell panel. The protective film comprises an inorganic protective film(21) and an organic protection layer(22). |
