PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing the pattern of a nano/micro fluidic channel and a method for manufacturing the pattern using the same are provided to automatically form the pattern on a substrate by automatically dispensing based on a computer-numerical control mode. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing the pattern of a nano/micro fluidic channel includes a dispensing head unit and a computer-numerical controlling dispenser. The dispensing head unit is filled with a composition for forming the pattern of a nano/micro fluidic channel. The dispensing head unit discharges the composition. The dispenser is in connection with the dispensing head unit and provides driving force to the dispensing head unit to constantly discharge the composition. The dispenser moves the dispensing head unit to the x and y coordinates in order to form a pattern(18) on a substrate(16) according to a pre-set program.
