PURPOSE: A diaper and a sanitary napkin generating oxygen and an oxygen generating composition thereof are provided to prevent lack of ventilation and mold generation by generating oxygen. CONSTITUTION: A diaper and a sanitary napkin generating oxygen comprises: non-woven fabric(1); an absorber(2) installed inside the non-woven fabric; and an oxygenator layer(3) including oxygenator. The oxygenator composition is prepared by mixing solid acid and one or more than two kinds of oxygenators selected from a group consisting of calcium peroxide, magnesium peroxide, and sodium perborate.
