PURPOSE: Crampons are provided to reduce fatigue of the feet during climbing a mountain for a long time by alleviating impact applied to the feet. CONSTITUTION: Crampons comprise: a mountain-climbing boots joint(2) which is combined with a spike board and mountain-climbing boots; a chain unit(3) interlinking the spike board and mountain-climbing boots joint; a mountain-climbing boots support unit(5) formed in the upper part of the spike board; a central shaft formed between the spike board and mountain-climbing boots support unit; a spring mounted on the central shaft; a hole of the spike board formed in the bottom of the central shaft; and a stopper formed in the bottom of the central shaft. |
