<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording medium having high coloring density and brittleness resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The inkjet recording medium includes: an undercoat layer which is provided on a non-water-absorptive support and contains at least a first water-soluble resin selected from the group consisting of a water-soluble polyamide resin or its derivative (except for an α-amino acid derived polyamide resin and its derivative) and a water-soluble polyvinyl acetal; and an ink-receiving layer which is provided on the undercoat layer and contains inorganic fine particles and a second water-soluble resin. In the case that the undercoat layer contains inorganic fine particles, a mass ratio of a content of the inorganic fine particles in the undercoat layer to a content of the first water-soluble resin in the undercoat layer is 0.1 or less. The mass ratio of a content of the inorganic fine particles in the ink-receiving layer to a content of the second water-soluble resin in the ink-receiving layer (the inorganic fine particles/the second water-soluble resin) is preferably three or more. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
