<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drive a stepping motor with a proper current. <P>SOLUTION: The stepping motor 200 includes two coils 22, 24. A driver circuit 100 supplies currents of different phases to the two coils 22, 24 to drive the stepping motor 200. Then, one end of one coil 22 (24) is connected to the ground and the other end is set in a high-impedance state, to detect an induced voltage generated in the coil as a voltage to the ground, and the level of a motor drive current to be supplied to the two coils 22, 24 is controlled according to the state of the detected induced voltage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
