PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit module highly accurately controlling an attitude angle of the circuit module relative to a mounting board. SOLUTION: The circuit module includes a circuit board having at least first and second surfaces, an element chip mounted on the first surface, and a protruded electrode formed on the second surface of the circuit board, wherein the circuit module is configured to connect the protruded electrode with a wiring pattern on a mounting board. The module further includes a spacer member defining a distance between the circuit board and the mounting board.
