METHOD AND DEVICE FOR HARMLESS TREATMENT AND HIGH-EFFICIENCY RESOURCE RECYCLING OF WASTE REFRIGERATOR

A method and a device for harmless treatment and high-efficiency resource recycling of waste refrigerator. In a disassembling station, components such as plastic, electrical appliance box, a compressor, a condenser and the like are disassembled manually; in a fluoride extracting station, refrigerant in the compressor is recycled by a refrigerant negative-pressure extracting and recycling device; the rest refrigerator body and door are sent into a double-shaft shredder and a rolling crusher to be crushed, or into a mixing crusher; the crushed materials are sorted by wind force, magnetically separated by a permanent magnet self-discharge type iron remover and a cylinder iron remover and sorted by an eddy current sorter, thus realizing recycling and regeneration of more than 95% resource. All equipments are arranged in an enclosed integrative workshop allocated with safety facilities such as a ventilation device, a nitrogen protection device, a device for spraying, dust removing and cooling, an on-line detection and alarm control device for gas concentration, dust concentration and temperature, a static grounding and electrical control device and the like. The invention has simple process, easy operation, low cost, safety, environment-friendly performance, and good effect on resource recycling, without leakage, waste gas, waste water, waste residue, and generating secondary pollution.
