PURPOSE: An exhausting air volume control device for a baking apparatus is provided to reduce energy consumption and shorten a time required for a backing process by discharging gas inside the backing chamber through an exhaust pipe. CONSTITUTION: In an exhausting air volume control device for a baking apparatus, a body(100) is installed inside an exhaust pipe and has a cross section of a circular shape therein. A blocking unit is protruded from one side of the body and has at least one ventilation holes. A controller is installed inside a transfer hole and is moved to the blocking unit to selectively close and open the ventilation holes by a certain ratio.
