The invention proposes a device for maintaining an intervertebral space, said device being capable of being accommodated inside the disc, in place of the core, of ensuring its natural anchoring by promoting the regrowth of fibre around at least part of the device, of limiting the possibility of ejection of the residual core in order to avoid a renewed hernia, and of ensuring the mobility of the vertebral column. To this end, a subject of the invention is a device (100) comprising at least two non-expansible concentric rings (110-111) which between them form a free space (120) and which are connected to each other via two junction summits (130-140). |
