PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a copying function for three sheets of papers, a hiding mailing function and an NIP printing function to one slip. SOLUTION: A lower paper 20 has a developer layer 22 on the surface of the paper sheet and a coupler layer 24 on the back surface of the paper sheet. The width between sides of the paper sheet is divided into four by three perforations to provide the first paper piece P1 having a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 23 on the peripheral edge part on the surface of the paper sheet, the second paper piece P2 having the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 23 on the peripheral edge part on the surface, the third paper piece P3 adjoining the second paper piece P2 and partitioned, and the fourth paper piece P4 adjoining the third paper piece P3 and partitioned. On the other hand, an upper paper sheet 30 gathering on the lower paper sheet has a coupler layer 32 on the back surface of the paper sheet and the width between the sides of the paper sheet is divided into two by a perforation to provide the fifth paper piece P5 formed into the same size as that of the first paper piece P1, and the sixth paper piece P6 formed into the same size as that of the second paper piece P2 and having a release agent layer 33 at a site of the back surface corresponding to the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 23 of the second paper piece P2.
