PURPOSE: A cushion having ascending and descending function is provided to be used in a form of a cushion or a chair and to remove load on the joint. CONSTITUTION: A cushion having ascending and descending function comprises: a base part(110) which is closely fixed to the floor; a cushion part(100) which is formed bigger than the base part; a foldable fixed link(120) in which one end thereof is connected and fixed to the inside of the cushion part and the other end thereof is connected and fixed to the inside of the base part; a movable link(130) which ascends and descends the cushion part; a motor unit(200) generating driving force; and a cylinder(300) ascending and descending the cushion part.
