PURPOSE: An armrest for a chair and the chair including thereof are provided to improve the structure of the armrest for reducing the manufacturing cost for the armrest. CONSTITUTION: An armrest for a chair and the chair including thereof include a supporter(10), a base unit(20), a rotating body(30), and a moving plate(40). The supporter is combined to a chair main body. The base unit is combined with the upper side of the supporter. The rotating body is combined with the upper side of the base unit. The moving plate is combined with the rotating body.
