A method for raising splitting the protein of raw fodder material. Neutral protease 0.4 unit/g and protease С 40 unit/g are added to a composition of high-protein fodder of vegetable origin, and a feed of animal origin is supplemented with the multi-enzymatic complex: neutral protease 1.0 units/g and protease С 30 units /g.
