PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated filter which has a reduced number of insulation layers thereby reducing height and which has excellent Q characteristics. SOLUTION: Coil patterns 21a, 21b are located near one longer side of an insulation layer 21 and connected to coil patterns 22a, 22b through penetration electrodes 23a, 23b. The coil patterns 22a, 22b extend to both ends of an insulation layer 22 through a pattern 22e and connected to external electrodes 3, 5 to define input and output inductors. A capacitor pattern 21c is located near the other longer side of the insulation layer 21 and connected to an external ground electrode through an extension pattern 21e. The capacitor pattern 21c faces capacitor patterns 22c, 22d with the first insulation layer 21 interposed therebetween to define input and output capacitors, wherein the formation areas of the coil patterns 21a, 21b, 22a, 22b are laminated so as not to be overlapped with formation areas of the capacitor patterns 21c, 22c, 22d in a lamination direction.
