The relay device (1) is provided with: a screen information receiving unit (12) which receives the screen information from the application server (2); a periodical screen storing unit (16) which stores the screen information; a period detecting unit (14) which when the screen information periodically changes, detects the period of the change as the first period information; a period conversion unit (15) which converts the first period information to the second period information; and a screen information transmitting unit (13) which with timing based on the second period information, acquires the screen information from the periodical screen storing unit (16), and transmits the screen information toward the client terminal (3).</p>
