The cabinet has transparent casing elements (5) fastened at supported frame elements (4), where the frame elements are pipe shaped and have longitudinal grooves (6) with dovetail-shaped cross section (7). The casing elements are supported and/or fastened in the grooves and have hook-shaped chamfers at longitudinal sides, where the chamfers are formed as a support part and/or a closure part. The support part is connected with a base surface of the grooves by connecting strips, and the casing elements are made of elastic material e.g. acryl glass.
