<p>PURPOSE: A method for gripping a glass substrate is provided to separate the glass substrate one by one by gripping the glass substrate after the glass substrate is separated downwardly even though the glass substrates are attached. CONSTITUTION: A glass substrate assembly(10) stands against a palette(30). The glass substrate assembly is comprised by alternatively piling a glass substrate and a buffering unit. The glass substrate is successively separated from the uppermost layer of the glass substrate assembly one by one. After the glass substrate is vertically separated from the uppermost layer, the glass substrate is gripped.</p> |
