PURPOSE: A road stud and a construction method thereof are provided to achieve reliable attachment of a road stud to curbs and prevent damage to the road stud because a joint piece extended from the backside of the road stud body is fitted into a gap between the curbs. CONSTITUTION: A road stud comprises a reflection part which radiates lights outside, a body which is placed in mounting recesses(S1',S2') formed in ends of adjacent curbs, and a curb joint piece which is perpendicularly extended from the backside of the body to be joined in a gap between the adjacent curbs.
